A cleaning fee of € 200 will be added to the total rental cost; the fee includes total cleaning of the Villa, including bed linen and towels.
Electricity, water, air conditioning or heating are included in the rental price; pool’s heated is also included, granting a minimum water temperature of 25 degrees also in the less warm period (May-June, September-October)
The Villa has a highly efficient floor cooling system in every room in combinatio with a separate dehumidification sytem, granting a very high level of comfort.
The Villa hase three bedrooms with double bed, one bedroom with two single beds and one child’s bedroom with a bulk bed, for a total capacity of ten persons.
We focused to equiped the kitchen like you will do it at home. We have enough cutlery, dishes and glases for 10 persons + extra for children.
